What’s the difference between compact and full layout?

Two options were created to view emails: 

1. “Compact” provides a better experience on smaller screens, leaving more space to see other travelers’ messages. It has the following design:

2. “Full” loads the entire email on the live service screen, but there’s no space for other messages. On smaller screens, presenting all the content without a scroll bar may not be possible. It has the following design:

• The "View full thread" option is available for both, displaying all emails from that email group.
• For teams with small screens, we recommend the “compact” layout to improve the agents’ day-to-day experience.
