What is it?
The "Mark as unread" feature refers to the possibility to make a chat who has been already open as a unread one. This way, on the chat list, it will be shown as a new chat so the agent can answer the traveler later.
This buttons is importante in situations where a chat was open unintentionally or when the agent desire to answer this chat later. This means that, when you mark a chat as unread, you can manage your chats and won't loose what is important for future actions
Steps
- Access you Admin Panel;
- Go to the Live chats;
- Open the chat;
- Click in "Mark as unread"
After you click in this button, the chat will be closed and be marked as new in the chat list.

⚠️ Attention: This button will only be shown to chats who are assigned to you or don't have any assignment. If it doesn't appear, it’s because you are not the agent of that chat.
