How to locate chats that have emails with attachments

In case you need to find an email sent by a traveler on your chats, it's possible to search for only chats who have an attachments in the email. This means that, with a few steps, you can find all your chats who have some file and image attached to the message.

1. Access your Admin Panel;
2. Go to the Live chat;
3. Click on the filter icon, above the chat list;
4. Now you just need to select the options Email and with attachments;

5. At least, click in the "Apply" icon. This way the panel will show only the chats who has emails with attachments.
