What is it?
The view all emails button will show all the groups/threads of email between the company and the travelers. This way, it's easier to find the email's conversation history from a traveler.
Steps
- Access your Admin Panel;
- Go to the Live chat;
- Open a Email chat
- Click on View all email
The threads screen will be shown as below:
On this screen will be listed a communication history between the client and the company, considering the group of emails, which is the grouping of emails regarding the messages who has the same subject.
It also will be identified the day and hour from the last message received in the group and the amount of interactions (represented as the number inside the circle in the middle of the lines). Besides, you can forward a a certain group of emails, clicking on the options on the right side of the screen.
