The Email's integration tool has a very useful functionality to manage e organize the messages received in the email's address there aren't allowed to receive answers, such as "no reply". Which means, activating the Handle sender's email in the asksuite's platform, when a no-reply account sends a new message from a third email address, both messages will be dismembered, creating a new conversation with the real contact and not the "no-reply". In this article we'll show you how to activate this feature in the platform.

Steps
1. Access your Admin Panel;
2. go to the Communication channel;
3. Click on the settings icon, on the top right side of the email's card;
4. On the field email you want to handle, in the end of the page, fill with the email you desire to segment as new messages;
5. Now, to finish, click in Handle email.
- Access email settings via the communication channels screen;
- Click the gear next to the email (see image below);

💡 Tip: This process can be repeated to all the emails that must be handled. which means you can handle as much emails as you want.
