Step by step
For example, your customer requested a quote, asked a few questions but still hasn't booked. You can schedule a message to remind them of the reservation, or offer a special promotion if they book by a certain day. Let's learn more …
1. Go to your Live Chats screen, select the chat and click Add Task:
2. First create a title for your task, the field is blank and you can write whatever you want:
3. Choose the date and time to send your message:
4. Choose the agent responsible for the task (feature only available to Managers and Administrators):
5. Select the option Send automatic Follow-up by WhatsApp:
6. Now choose a template to send (you can check how to register templates in this article):

🔍 Note: In your template you can use @ which will be replaced by the traveler's information (name or phone or email), as shown in the image:
This information should be in the chat. If it's not filled in and the template requires this information, you will not be able to select it until you fill in the missing information manually. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
7. Now you can choose a condition for sending the message. For example, I want to send this message only if the traveler doesn't reply to my last message:
8. Okay, now your automatic Follow-up task is scheduled. Note that automatic tasks appear with a different icon on the list:
