Through Asksuite's dashboard
Inside your Asksuite's admin panel, there is a tool that allows you to check if the pixel was imported correctly on your booking engine. To use it, you just need to follow the steps:
- Log in on your Admin panel;
- Access the settings page;
- Click on Configure Pixel;
- Click on Teste Integration;
- On this screen, you must make a booking quotation on your booking engine. Putting the arrival date, departure date and guest numbers, after that, our system will validate the pixel during the search;
6.After the booking quotation, click in Test integration with pixel;
- In case that the pixel is set correctly, the following message will be shown:
- In case there is some kind of issue, it will be shown a message reporting what is the problem related to pixel. For exemple, in the image below, there is a problem in the implementation by Google Tag Manager:
Through a booking test
To know if the pixel was added correctly on your booking engine, you also can make a booking test by your robot.
- Access your website;
- Start a chat with your robot;
- Make a quotation;
- Click on Book now on your robot;
- Inside the booking page that opened, make the reservation;
