Introduction
The Fixed Pre-Quotation Message feature allows you to customize the message sent to the traveler before the quotation form.
With it, you can replace Sophia’s automatically generated message with a fully personalized text, giving you more control over the tone of the conversation and the information shared at this key moment.

This setting is available within AI Studio, in the AI customization section.
How to configure the fixed pre-quotation message
Follow the steps below:
1. Access AI Studio
Log into the platform and navigate to your Sophia’s AI Studio.
2. Locate the pre-quotation message option
Within the settings, find the section:
“Custom message before quotation”
3. Enable the feature
Activate the option:
“Enable fixed message before quotation”
Once enabled, the status will appear as ENABLED.
4. Write your custom message
In the “Fixed message” field, enter the text you want to send to the traveler before the form.
Example:
Hello! Before continuing, please fill in the information below so we can prepare the best quotation for you 😊
5. Save the configuration
After entering the content, save the changes.
How this setting works in practice
- When enabled:
- Sophia will no longer send the automatically generated message before the quotation
- Only the message defined by you will be sent
- When disabled:
- Sophia will revert to sending the default generative message
