Asksuite's live service platform includes an important feature for the WhatsApp service process: message sending status. With it, agents receive feedback on messages sent to travelers, indicating whether the message was delivered successfully, whether it is being viewed or whether a problem occurred, similar to how it already works in the Whatsapp application. These statuses allow agents to monitor the progress of communications and act proactively when necessary.
There are 4 status types:
- Sending: This status appears during the message processing, from the moment it is sent from the agent's device to the WhatsApp infrastructure.
- Sent: This status appears when all processing is complete on Asksuite's end and the message is sent to the WhatsApp infrastructure.
- Delivered: This status appears when the traveler's device receives the message.
- Read: This status appears after the traveler opens the chat.

🔍 Note: For the read status to be displayed, the traveler must have the read confirmation activated on their application. Otherwise, it will remain in the Delivered status even after it is read.

Error: If an error occurs while sending the message, the Error status will be displayed. In this case, the agent will need to check the traveler's number and try to send the message again. If the error persists, contact the Asksuite support team.
