Limitations and Observations
Status Synchronization
Your status can only be changed when you are connected to LiveChat
While updating the status, a loading animation is displayed
If the connection drops, the status might not be saved
Preference Persistence
Language and Theme are saved to your profile and persist between sessions
Status reverts to the default (Online) when you log in again
Theme Compatibility
Some third-party components may not fully respect the dark theme
Themes are applied only to the LiveChat interface and do not affect external websites
Accessibility
The menu supports mouse navigation with hover interactions
For users with mobility impairments, the use of keyboard shortcuts is recommended when available
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why can't I change my status?
A: Check if you are connected to LiveChat (active connection indicator). Status can only be modified with an established connection.
Q: Do language changes affect the messages I send?
A: No. The menu language only alters the system interface. The messages you send remain in the language you write them in.
Q: Does dark mode save battery?
A: On OLED/AMOLED screens, dark mode can result in lower power consumption. On other screen technologies, the impact is minimal.
Q: Is my status visible to customers?
A: The operator status (Online/Paused) is used internally for conversation distribution. Visibility to customers depends on your organization's settings.
Productivity Tips
Use shortcuts: Familiarize yourself with the menu's location to access it quickly when needed
Mindful status: Always set your status before breaks so you don't receive conversations while unavailable
Automatic theme: If you work rotating shifts, switch between themes according to the ambient lighting
Constant feedback: Use the feedback option to report issues or suggest improvements
