How to Move Conversations

Automatic Movement (via Tags)

Conversations are moved automatically between stages based on tags.

How It Works

1. When a conversation receives a tag, the system verifies which stage that tag is configured in
2. If the tag corresponds to a stage, the conversation is moved automatically to it
3. This happens in real-time, without manual intervention

Practical Example

• You configured the "Em negociação" stage with the "negociação" tag
• When an agent adds the "negociação" tag to a conversation
• The conversation is moved automatically to the "Em negociação" column

Automatic Movement Rules

• OR Condition: If the stage has tags A, B or C, conversation goes to it if it has any of those tags
• AND Condition: If the stage has tags A AND B, conversation goes to it only if it has both tags
• Priority: If a conversation has tags from multiple stages, it goes to the first configured stage

Important: Automatic movement only works if tags are correctly configured in stages.

Manual Movement (Drag and Drop)

You can also move conversations manually by dragging and dropping.

How to Do It

1. Click and hold on the conversation card you want to move
2. Drag the card to the destination column
3. Drop the card in the new column
4. The system may ask for confirmation depending on the situation

What Happens When Moving Manually

• Conversation tags are updated automatically
• The system adds necessary tags for the conversation to stay in the new stage
• If necessary, removes tags from previous stages

Practical Example

• You drag a conversation from "Em negociação" to "Fechado"
• The system automatically adds the "fechado" tag to the conversation
• The conversation remains in the "Fechado" column

Manual Movement Limitations

• Legacy Format: If Kanban is in the old format (legacy), manual movement may be blocked
• Automatic Tags: Some stages may have tags that cannot be changed manually
• Permissions: You can only move conversations if you have permission to edit tags

Movement Blocks

• If you try to move a conversation to a stage with automatic tags
• The column may appear with a visual block indicator
• The system may show a warning explaining the reason
