The Data Points Questionnaire is a fundamental step in activating the robot. It replaces the old text-based model with an interactive, theme-based filling experience, using fields such as multiple choice, single selection, short text, and image upload.

This structure was designed to optimize the hotel manager's time and facilitate the collection of essential data that feeds Asksuite's AI.

To ensure the best robot performance and a smooth experience during setup, we recommend:

Use objective and realistic answers: provide accurate and consistent information that truly reflects the hotel's operations.
Take advantage of structured options: select items from the list whenever possible, avoiding long texts that make subsequent processing difficult.
Update when necessary: if the hotel undergoes changes, review the questionnaire to keep the bot aligned with current operations.
Avoid leaving fields blank: all questions are mandatory to ensure that the bot works with 100% coverage.

Questionnaire structure

The Data Points Questionnaire is divided into thematic sections to facilitate completion and ensure clarity:

Welcome: Hotel name and desired name for the virtual assistant.
About the hotel: Contact details, opening hours, reception, check-in/out, pets, children, luggage, etc.
Services: Breakfast, parking, internet, massage, transfer, laundry, room service.

Step-by-step guide to accessing the Data Points Questionnaire

If you have Sophia AI, you can access the questionnaire by following the steps below:

Access Asksuite Admin with your login.
In the side menu, click on AI Studio.
Select the hotel using the filter or identify it in the list of companies and click on the respective Manage button.
You will see the active Questionnaire tab. There you will see the Data Points Questionnaire.

If you do not have Sophia AI, you can access the questionnaire by following the steps below:

Access Asksuite Admin with your login.
In the side menu, click on Questionnaire.
Select the company (if you manage more than one).

How to complete the Data Points Questionnaire

You can speed up the completion of your questionnaire by importing your hotel data from Booking.com. To import, click Import from Booking.
If you do not want to import via Booking, click Continue.
Enter your hotel's profile link on Booking.com and click Search on Booking.
After completing the import, click the Continue button.
If you choose not to import at the beginning, you can click the Import from Booking button.
Fill in each field carefully. If filling in the form generates new questions (conditional), they will appear automatically.
When you select another section of questions, click the Save and proceed button.
If you need to stop filling out the form and continue at another time, click Save Progress to pause and continue later.
When finished, click Finish to submit the data.
Once you have completed the form, you will be redirected to the success page. Click Continue.
You will be automatically redirected to the old text Questionnaire where you can review and edit your answers and test your assistant.

⚠ Important: if more than one person edits the questionnaire at the same time, one edit may overwrite another. We recommend that only one person be responsible at a time.
