Yes, LiveChat 2.0 has a mobile-friendly interface that allows you to use all the same features available on a computer.
Since screen space is limited on smaller devices, we have made some adjustments. For certain actions, you need to click on a menu to access the functionalities.
One example is actions available within a conversation, such as resolving a ticket, adding a tag, etc. These actions are located in the "..." menu at the top of the conversation.
The actions to Edit/View/Copy contact information can be accessed via the “^” button next to the contact’s name.
And the actions for sending a quote, translation, response templates, and reservation registration are found under the "+" icon at the bottom of the screen.
Important: On iPhone (iOS) and iPad (iPadOS), there is a restriction for enabling notifications. You need to follow a flow to allow notifications. On Android, simply enable Asksuite notifications in your browser, and you will receive them on your device.
